Baolingbao Partners with Jin Yumi to Advance High-Quality Development of the Healthy Food Sector
On December 26, Baolingbao officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Linqing Jin Yumi.
Leveraging their respective core strengths, the two parties will carry out comprehensive and in-depth collaborative cooperation, seize industry development opportunities, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the healthy food industry.
Attendees at the signing ceremony included Zhang Zhigang, Secretary of the Linqing Municipal Party Committee; Li Cunzong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Director of the General Office; Liu Zhaohua, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor; Gao Shijun, General Manager of Jin Yumi; Guo Zhibo, Deputy General Manager; Fan Wenliang, Assistant to the General Manager and General Manager of Linqing Deneng Jin Yumi; Zhao Huaibin, Assistant to the General Manager and Sales Company Manager; as well as Dou Baode, Chairman of Baolingbao; Zhuo Hongjian, General Manager; and Dou Guangpeng, Deputy General Manager, among others.
This strategic cooperation aims to achieve deep integration of technology, production capacity, and market resources between the two parties. On one hand, Jin Yumi’s high-quality corn raw material supply and large-scale production capacity will provide Baolingbao with a stable and reliable supply chain. On the other hand, Baolingbao’s core R&D capabilities and global market channels will support the corn deep-processing industry in expanding toward high value-added sectors, including foods for special medical purposes (FSMP) and health food ingredients.
Through this collaboration, both parties seek to transform conventional raw materials into high value-added health products, fostering a new model of coordinated and synergistic industrial development.
Looking ahead, both parties will focus on three core areas: collaborative technology-driven R&D, precise alignment of production capacity, and joint market expansion.
They will further deepen cooperation in fields such as ingredients for foods for special medical purposes (FSMP) and functional starch derivatives.
This strategic partnership will not only inject new momentum into the upgrading of the functional food industry cluster, but will also leverage technological innovation to support public health initiatives, providing consumers with a wider range of high-quality, safe, and health-oriented food solutions.
