To fully showcase the spirit and morale of our company's employees, while enriching their cultural and sporting activities, fostering a sense of ownership, cultivating team cohesion, and stimulating enthusiasm for work, the 2025 Staff Fun Games were successfully held by Bailong Chuangyuan on the morning of 27th September, providing a leisure opportunity for employees immersed in their busy work schedules.
When the rigour of the workplace is turned into the enthusiasm of the field, and when the departmental boundaries are melted into the laughter of collaboration, the 2025 Fun Games of Bailong Chuangyuan came to an end in the cheers of all the staff. This event, which combines competitiveness and fun, is not only a competition of physical ability and wisdom, but also a cohesion of team spirit, which injects hot vitality into the busy work.
The Games set up a number of interesting and competitive sports projects, including Digital Challenge, Spot Shooting, Dribble Basketball, Dry Land Dragon Boat, Blindfolded Screaming Chicken and so on, aiming at letting the staff experience the importance of teamwork in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere through these activities.
Dry Land Dragon Boat: A Journey of One Heart and One Mind
"One, two, one, one, two, one ......" came the neat and tidy slogan from the dry land dragon boat race course. The team members sat on the colourful inflatable dragon boats, holding the handles with both hands and synchronizing their steps in tacit understanding. Some teams start a little slow but quickly adjust the rhythm, some teams work together like an arrow off the string, the track beside the cheerleaders shouting deafening, splashing sweat and bright smiles framed into the most moving picture.
Blindfolded Screaming Chicken: A Feast of Joy and Stress Relief
Blindfolded screaming chicken project can be called the whole field "happy maker". Blindfolded players holding a foam stick standby, the opponent's feet tied with a screaming chicken, every step made a clear sound. As the referee gave the order, the blindfolded players waved the stick to find the target, the "screaming chickens" either held their breath and stood still or dodged flexibly, and the occasional collision with the screams of the whole audience burst into laughter.
Rope Skipping: The Collaboration of Silent Flying
Between the long rope flying, the jump rope project tests the synchronisation rate of the team. Rope swinging team members hold the rhythm, rope skipping team members in turn cut, light jumps, coherent action like flowing water. Even if there is an occasional mistake, we immediately encourage each other to start again. When a team set a record of 30 consecutive jumps, the whole room cheered loudly, which is the best proof of teamwork.
The fun games have long surpassed the competition itself, the precision in the digital challenge, the concentricity in the dry land dragon boat, the laughter in the screaming chicken, and the tacit understanding in the big rope flipping will be turned into the power in the work.
