Fructose Crystalline Low GI Sweetener Sugar free BeverageCrystalline fructoseis a natural sugar that is extracted from corn or sugarcane through a process of enzymatic purification and crystallization. It is a nutritive sweetener that is commonly used in food and beverages because of its health benefits and functional properties. Crystalline fructose is at least 98% fructose, with the remaining portion being water and minerals. It is up to 1.8 times sweeter than table sugar, depending on the temperature at which it is consumed, and is often used in recipes to reduce sugar and calories.
