Fructose Crystalline
1.Solid: Improves the fluffiness of baked goods
2.Mixes well: With other sweeteners
3.Unoxidized: Can remain unoxidized for extended periods of time
4.Diabetic-friendly: Contains no glucose and can help lower blood glucose levels
5.Low glycemic index: Ideal for use in reduced-sugar formulations
6.Slows crystal formation: Provides a desirable body in ice creams and frozen desserts Crystalline fructose is different from high Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS), which is highly processed and contains varying amounts of glucose and fructose.
Product Description
Fructose Crystalline Low GI Sweetener Sugar free BeverageCrystalline fructoseis a natural sugar that is extracted from corn or sugarcane through a process of enzymatic purification and crystallization. It is a nutritive sweetener that is commonly used in food and beverages because of its health benefits and functional properties. Crystalline fructose is at least 98% fructose, with the remaining portion being water and minerals. It is up to 1.8 times sweeter than table sugar, depending on the temperature at which it is consumed, and is often used in recipes to reduce sugar and calories.
